My Professional Philosophy

To me, being an attorney means providing excellent legal service. If I can't provide you with that service, I will not take your case or I will refer you to another attorney.

Since 1972, I have only taken cases that people most frequently experience: family law, criminal law and personal injury. For more than the past 20 years, my practice and focus has been in family law and divorce matters, due mainly to the needs and demands of my clients.

In my practice, the client comes first and is kept informed of the progress of his or her case.
I always return phone calls promptly. I don't procrastinate with client's legal progress and needs. I am never too busy to answer and address a client's concerns.

I am honest and forthright and I will not tell you something that is not true or likely simply to make you happy. Being objective, putting things in proper perspective, and instructing clients on the law as it pertains to them always helps in getting my clients the outcome they are entitled to under the law.
